Student Services

HUC provides comprehensive student services designed to support academic success, personal well-being, and compliance with institutional policies. HUC offers the following services for enrolled students:

Student Support Help Desk

The Student Support Help Desk (SSHD) serves as the primary point of contact for student concerns, including well-being, policy violations, and Title IX reports. Students may submit inquiries or reports via email at SSHD@huc.edu or through the online form. All reports are handled with sensitivity and in accordance with institutional and legal requirements, and the Help Desk responds within 24–48 hours. Information on the Student Support Help Desk can also be found here: Student Support Help Desk.

Academic Support and Accommodations

HUC complies with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and provides reasonable academic accommodations. Students must submit appropriate documentation to the Accommodations Coordinator, Stacy Rosenthal. Accommodations are determined through an interactive process and documented in the student’s academic record. Procedures regarding requesting accommodations can be found here: Accommodations Procedures.

HUC provides academic support for students through offering library services and access to online research databases. HUC's librarians are available to help students with their research activities. Students can reach out to library services at klau@huc.edu

Registrar Services

The Office of the Registrar manages academic records and registration, including course registration, transcript issuance, diploma processing, and maintenance of student records. All records are protected under the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA). Students use the Student Information System (Empower) for registration and record review. Questions regarding Registrar's Office services can be directed to registrar@huc.edu

Graduation & Ordination

HUC holds graduation and ordination ceremonies at each of its four campuses. Information on graduation and ordination ceremonies can be found here: Graduation and Ordination.
