EDU 6001 Organizational Systems
This course will focus on organizations as systems and the design, implementation, and evaluation of organizational change (mostly planned change) within these systems. We will look at organizations from a variety of theoretical perspectives and consider the implications for change from each perspective. We will explore both planned an unplanned change and reactions to change. Topics include the basics of systems thinking, change leadership, shared/distributed power during change processes, and the potential of collaborative approaches in shaping change.
