PDE 403 Middot of Sacred Leadership
The goal of Middot of Sacred Leadership is to enable students to reflect on ten qualities of leadership through biblical narratives describing Moses, Miriam, and Aaron, and their journeys as leaders. The course will enable students to focus on their own struggles and growth as leaders, augmented by midrash on the biblical material and brief selections from modern Bible scholars and experts in leadership. The work in this course is designed to assist students in analyzing and articulating who they are as a leader and who they aspire to be. This is an in-person course.
