Student Handbook 2025-2026

Drug Free School/Workplace Policy

The College is committed to maintaining a drug-free environment in accordance with the requirements of the federal Drug-Free Workplace Act and the amended Drug-Free Schools and Communities legislation. The unlawful manufacture, possession, use or distribution of illicit drugs and unauthorized alcohol by all students and employees on College property or at any College-sponsored activity, function, or event are strictly prohibited irrespective of whether such activities occur before, during, or after the College’s regular business hours. This standard also applies to College-sponsored social activities and professional meetings attended by employees or students. The College, however, does recognize that the conditions of alcohol and drug dependency may be considered disabilities under state or federal law. It is the policy of the College not to discriminate on the basis of such recognized disabilities.
