Credit Card Policy (New York Campus)

In compliance with the legal requirements of New York State Education Law §6437, Hebrew Union College- Jewish Institute of Religion (HUC) prohibits the marketing of credit cards to students. HUC does not offer an official credit card to its students, and all external efforts to market and promote credit cards on campus to HUC students are prohibited by the Director of Operations in consultation with the campus Dean. Additionally, the Director of Financial Aid, a certified personal financial manager, provides a “Money Management Program” to students once a year.
