Access under the Advising tab

List Students – Displays registered advisees; email directly from screen.
Students by Advisor – View advisees by faculty assignment; click a student’s name to view details from their perspective.
Student Schedule – View an individual student’s current schedule.
Student Data Book – Access academic history, program details.
Calendar – Displays key term deadlines.
Viewing a Transcript
- Advising tab → Student Schedule → Printable Version = unofficial transcript.
FERPA Reminder – Do not share student records without consent.
