RTE 413 Modern Jewish Thought
Modernity as a western cultural phenomenon challenges, revolutionizes, and reshapes the human world and spiritual horizons. This revolution has profoundly changed the religious sphere and its theologies. In this course we will focus on Jewish thinkers of the 20th and 21st centuries whose works present different directions in modern Jewish thought. This is a cross campus class in which the instructor will teach remotely to students in New York.
